Once received, orders are processed within 1-7 business days

Many of our products are coming from over seas so shipping time is determined by in-house stock and availability of products. So please be patient we will contact you via email as soon as we receive your order. If an item is unavailable, a more accurate shipping time will be determined.

We would encourage you to send us an email if you have any concerns about product availability.

All Masala Imports products are shipped from San Jose, California

Shipping Methods: In keeping our shipping prices low, we ship United States Post Office

Orders shipped within the United States average between 3 to 5 days once processed.

If you would prefer overnight, express, UPS or Fed Ex or any other shipping method

please email sales@masalaimports.com for adjusted rates.

Shipping Rates: are automatically calculated by Paypal during the checkout process

and are included on your invoice.

International Orders

We can ship anywhere, please email sales@masalaimports before you place your order

for shipping rates

Shipping Methods: For orders shipped outside of the Unites States we ship United States

Post Office, this is considerably cheaper you would be amazed. If you would prefer

UPS or Fed Ex or any other shipping method please email sales@masalaimports.com

Orders shipped internationally average between 7 to 10 days once processed

Shipping Rates: Paypal does not automatically estimate shipping charges, this will be added

after we receive your order, then we will send a paypal request for the shipping rate.

Customs Fees or Duty: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or

duty charged by their country.

You can contact your local customs office if you need an estimate as well information

on any delays that might occur.

Oversize Shipments: Some oversized items must be shipped by UPS International, since

they exceed the size limits for postal mail. These restrictions vary by destination
